How a municipality in Sweden uses Parci
Step by step guide
Parci machine-reads zoning plans and answers buildability questions with a citation to the plan text. It runs in the browser at parci.eu, nothing is installed and no municipal system is touched. These are the real screens, step by step, mapped to the Detaljplan (huvudinstrument, juridiskt bindande) / Översiktsplan (kommuntäckande.
MAPPED TO YOUR FRAMEWORK
1Sign in at parci.eu
Email and password in the browser. No installation, no VPN, no integration. Team accounts are included in the pilot.
2Find the parcel
Search the address or click the 3D map. The panel immediately shows area, zoning designation and a viability read with warnings and blockers.
3Read the answer with its source
Under Licenses, every applicable regime appears with the statute and article it comes from. Search answers plain-language questions, and the same question always returns the same cited answer.
4Upload the case documents
The Upload documents button sits on the map. Each document type has its own entry: land registry certificate, cadastral record, permit or subdivision title, study or project.
5See the licensing pathway
The Licenses tab shows which track the case is on, a timeline with reference deadlines, and the file elements marked present or missing before anything enters the queue.
6Leave with the result in hand
Download PDF produces a cited dossier ready for the file. Share creates a read-only link for colleagues or the applicant, no account needed.
